Workout Project Planning

Focus: I Will Create A Plan For "Workout Project V2" To Be Executed Next Year.

I originally planned for this to be one of my bigger projects. However, because most of my attention was focused on my Epigenetics Project, I did not get to work on this one very much. Instead, I used this year to plan for Workout Project V2 for next year.

OVERVIEW

My second plan was for this to be more of a research based project with personal tracking instead of a project where I mainly track my progress and document the effectiveness of workouts. For the research aspect, I decided to research what is known as the FITT Formula which I talked about in my reflections. I plan to create a website that talks about the formula, how to apply it, and personal tracking.

OVERVIEW

My original idea was the centered around the "six core components" of a perfect workout. I came up with these through my own experiences, observations, and research. My first plan was to explain the six components, then explain how to actually create a workout based on my own experiences. I wanted to create workout database in addition to making and testing a workout plan for myself.
