Driving Question: What is COVID-19?

In this mini project, I explored the different facets of COVID-19. I wrote two papers, each focusing on a different aspect. In addition to COVID-19, I also learned about pandemics, viruses, and other diseases. Read my work below.
Paper 1
For my first paper, I researched the origins of COVID-19. This led me to study bats as disease reservoirs, and the general activity of viruses.
Paper 2
For my second paper, I researched and analyzed graphs on COVID-19. I also looked into how epidemiologists use equations to determine the spread of a novel virus. Using this knowledge, I created hypothetical situations to highlight the importance of social distancing.
