Driving Question: What Is The Body Positivity Movement And Is It Promoting Health and Wellness?

In this project, I looked into the Body Positivity Movement and some of their core values and ideas they support. As someone who is into fitness and has struggled with body positivity, I wrote about my thoughts on some of their core ideas.
RESEARCH
Although some of my research came from reading articles, a large part of my research came from watching different videos on YouTube. Here are some of the videos that I watched. However, this writing also incorporated my own thoughts and opinions in addition to looking at posts on social media.

OVERVIEW
After researching both sides of the body positivity argument, I decided that our ultimate goal should be good health. I felt like the body positivity movement discourages change, and by doing so, stunts our ability to improve our health. I ended with the fact that change needs to occur out of love and that change can coexist in harmony with body positivity.
